Refund policy

Returns
An unopened Edition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, email letters@alchromancy.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the returned Edition is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method, less the original shipping charge. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Opened Editions
Opened Editions cannot be returned or refunded. Alchromancy color elixirs are cosmetic products, and each Collector Edition is individually numbered; once opened, an Edition cannot be resold or reissued.

Exchanges
Editions are not exchanged for a different color or Edition. To change your selection, return the unopened Edition within 14 days and place a new order.

Cancellations
An order may be cancelled at any time before it has been dispatched. Email letters@alchromancy.com with your order number, and the full amount, including shipping, is refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled; the return terms above apply instead. A cancelled Collector Edition releases its number, which may be allotted to another order.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email letters@alchromancy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. A damaged, incorrect, or missing Edition is replaced at no cost, and the item does not need to be returned. A replaced Collector Edition keeps its original number.

Sales
Editions are never discounted. All prices are final.
