Shipping policy

Destinations
Alchromancy ships within the United States and to Canada. Orders to other destinations cannot be accepted at this time.

Rates
Shipping is a flat $8 within the United States and a flat $18 to Canada, charged at checkout. Canadian orders may be subject to duties and taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Dispatch
Editions of the First Working are reserved at purchase and ship in October 2026, in order of edition number. Each order is packed and dispatched by hand. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking on the day your order leaves us.

Delivery
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Alchromancy is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched. If an order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, email letters@alchromancy.com with your order number.

Address changes
To change a delivery address, email letters@alchromancy.com with your order number before your order has been dispatched. Addresses cannot be changed once tracking has been issued.
