The bound edition. Black board, gold foil frame, the wordmark and the color name struck in oxblood red, the same book as its counterpart, wearing the other half of the Work.

Inside, the elixir sits in a cushioned well cut into the inlay. Lift the tube and the seal beneath it carries your number: one of five hundred, struck for this color alone. Roseblood is numbered in its own sequence, independent of Crow's Head.

Five hundred copies. When the edition closes, it is not reprinted.

What it does

Roseblood is deposit only: it adds color and lifts none. On pre-lightened or light hair it gives its full result: a deep, saturated red. On brown hair it holds as warmth in the shadow, a red that surfaces in light and recedes out of it. On hair already dark it is a cast the eye finds in sun.

It does not lighten, and no semi-permanent color can. For the full red on dark hair, the hair must be lightened first, which is its own work, and not part of the Rite.

It is not made to conceal gray.

One bottle colors short to medium hair, to the shoulder. Hair past the shoulder, long, or thick needs two or more.

It is semi-permanent, and not made to last. Nothing is. It fades gradually with each wash, and that is the intention. When it dims, renew yourself with the House Edition.

Shampoo without conditioning twelve hours before. Wash it seldom, in cool water, with sulfate-free, color-safe care.
